FastOzVisa.com is the trading name of Blue Starfish Limited, an Australian and New Zealand travel consultancy. The company is owned and managed by John Lowe.

Our service:
We offer a 24 hour Electronic Australian Visa issuing service. You send us the information that we need, and we will send confirmation once the visa has been issued.

If for any reason we are unable to issue a visa, or it takes longer than 24 hours for us to come back to you, we will charge no fee.

Our fee structure:
The total cost for the Australian visa is:
US$12 per visa issued, £7.50, Euro 10, Aus$16, Can$14, Sing $20.

We try to charge you in your own currency so you don't have to pay foreign currency fees.

Your Protection
We use a secure server so you can deposit your credit card details safe in the knowledge they will not be misused.

Our 24 hour service guarantee means you will always hear from us within 24 hours.

We will not pass any of your personal information on to unauthorised third party. This is a legal and moral requirement that we take very seriously.

Our credit card transaction facility is arranged through Banqonit Limited and the contract contains clauses that allow for the immediate cancellation of the service if the information is used improperly. Complaints can be made to Banqonit by email.
